Meet Sydney!
Sydney finds joy in the small things. As a UX Designer at Oak Street Health, she collaborates closely with care teams and patients to enhance Oak Street Health’s value-based care EMR and overall healthcare experience. She also interfaces with the Patient Experience team, bringing UX and Human Centered Design perspectives to other aspects of the company — recently the Call Center and Growth sectors. In her previous life, Sydney consulted clients from the Fitness, Fashion, Music, Finance and NGO industries to create branding and improve web experiences.
Influenced by a curiosity in psychology matched with an innate empathic nature, Sydney brings a logical yet open-minded approach to decoding the “why” behind users’ decisions.
When she’s offline, you can find Sydney hiking in the Rockies, exploring New England one lobster roll at a time, or reading a mystery at coffee shops around her neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY.
